Reading something about these seven chakras got me started on yoga, and I’ve been hooked ever since a year and a half ago.

Second day of Yoga class
And I left the gym feeling incredibly bubbly and content. I found myself smiling at nothing and everything simultaneously. These hotties that work there stopped in their tracks just to talk to me; one was definitely checking out my legs and I made another one remember my name.
Now doesn’t that make me feel so sexy (; ?
I knew there was a reason why I feel so strongly about the color yellow, the number three, triangles, and the sun. According to Yoga, my solar plexus, located right above my navel, is my most over-used chakra, which compensates for the deficiency of my third eye. This explains why I’m always having stomach problems, headaches, back pain, and anxiety problems. Once I get my book on chakras (which arrives in the mail tomorrow! Thank God for Amazon prime!) I will finally be able to balance my chakras and see how much further it will take me in life.
For now, I will just maintain good posture throughout the day. Stomach in, chest out, chin down, seductive eyes, and a killer smile to top it off.
Watch out world, here I come.
